Melo had himself a game, never would’ve guessed we’d come back as we are not a come from behind team this year at all

Dame & Melo's 48 points on 28 shots were enough to overcome CJ and Bazemore's 17 points on 29 shots....barely

and was I the only one who was thinking that Portland's chances got better when Bazemore got ejected? He was really irritating me last night the way he was acting like he was Gilbert Arenas in iso-mode

also, as an Oregon fan, I want to say if Chris Boucher hadn't been injured at the end of the 2017 season, the Ducks would have won the national championship

Bazemore has been irritating all season. Blazer honestly should have never traded Evan Turner for him. They're both equally issues offensively. And probably somewhere around equivalent defensively. The difference is that Evan Turner mostly plays within himself on offense and could run the offense for the reserves. Bazemore kills the offense with his decision making, and for every hustle block or steal he gets on defense, he also has a possession where he falls asleep and give up easy looks from 3.

and speaking of former Ducks, the Blazers have needed a small forward since Batum left. the Blazers worked out Brooks pre-draft, but instead the Blazers picked Swanigan directly and indirectly Thomas Robinson (Brooks was drafted 45th with one of the 2nd round picks we sent Houston for Robinson). /sigh

Funny watching Toronto fans bitch about the refs in this game when they were the benefit of a lot of iffy calls in the first 3 quarters.
