There's video of hood practicing today. I saw him doing dribbling drills.

Nurkic has a video out as well where he is interviewed at practice. He said the g league practice is the last check point he his agent and team agreed on because it should be closer to a game. He said he practiced today but Portland doesn't have enough guys able to practice to give something close enough to game play.

I get the impression the management is like some fans here and would rather have lottery balls. The players want to play and win.

Even the worst team in the league has players trying to win, management and coaches might sabotage them a bit but no player goes out there going, "Hell yeah, lets lose the next 20 games for more lottery balls boys!"

I don't think we've seen Nurkic with that combination of running, and catch and shoot speed before.

Wow, he looks fluid as hell in that video. Would love if he could pop a 3 every now and then, extended range would make the overlap of resigning Hassan even less and make bringing him back make even more sense IMO.

I'm excited to see Nurkic play again!

He hit a coupla 3s last year. I will say, that nearly every player in the NBA, including a lot of the Centers can do the exact thing that Nurkic does in that video.

Still, great to see...

I thought so as well. He is going right into his shooting motion from catching off a run. I don't think he could do that before.
