If I was Terry Stotts....

I wanted to start a new topic so I would have a place to complain, compliment, or provide ideas for the Blazers coaching staff. If nobody else likes it, I guess it will just fade away, but I think there are at least a few out here that have concerns about our current coaching staff.
Just to start, here's something I think about on occasion:
If I were Stotts, having already been on the hot seat before, and if Hood comes back healthy like I think he will, I would become an innovator to today's game like Kerr was to the Dubs. We could easily be two deep at every position next year and could embrace the realities of load management. Crazy idea, I know, but what if we ran two units for 6 minute bursts. Sorta like hockey with a line change and Dame being the only exception, but still carrying a much smaller load of minutes:
Dame(32) / Simons(16)
GTJ(24) / CJ(24)
Hood(24) / Melo(24)
Collins(24) / Gabriel(24)
Nurkic(24) / Whiteside(24)
Again... Crazy, I know, but could it work? If it did, and it resulted in a chip or two, I think Stotts would go down in NBA history as a genius.
