Not surprised he is one of our better shooters and with no Lillard out there he needs to score more. While him dribbling into defenders is not a strength of his I feel far more comfortable with him shooting than most guys out there.

Great to see the Blazers competing and actually tying it up here in the fourth. McCollum and Nurkic setting a great example playing hard til the end.

Simons and Hoard are playing hard but if we could get average NBA players to replace them, I think this series would be even at this point.

The NBA with a blatant carry job here ensuring the Lakers have an easy time, this will be far more apparent in the later rounds. Commissioner wants the Lakers in the NBA Finals no matter what, they will give them 60 FT's a game if they have to.

I bet they have the additional Kobe footage and retrospective ready to go for when they hit the NBA finals.

That Lebron and Melo embrace makes me nervous, as I really want him back, and definitely don't want him in LA. Good game though. Glad we only suffered a dislocated finger, in the injury department. No double nickel for CJ, but 36 - 7 & 6 ain't bad.

Meh, it really won't matter much either way if you ask me. Melo is a bit of a black hole at times and the better the team we have on the floor the worse that is.

I don't think LA is going to bend over backwards trying to get him though.

And so a very topsy-turvy season ends. Hopefully the young guys learned a bit from this bubble experience and the team returns relatively healthy for next season.

Sloppy at times, but much more of a team game, with more player and ball movement. Sometimes I wonder if the Blazers would be better overall if, they traded Dame vs trading CJ. Honestly not sure.

It seemed more like the Lakers were less intensive defensively, kind of going through the motions at times because even if they lose this game Portland has to win 2 more in a row without Dame.

We would be in a similar case if LBJ was sitting on the bench with an injury and we had Dame.

I loved the foul on Whiteside where McGee clearly jumped as if being pushed. Yeah, Whiteside had a hand on him, but McGee clearly flopped. I really hate flopping. It's not as bad as soccer...yet!

Close game and good effort indeed. The off season commences now and id say probably no one gets fired but after Indiana fired Nate after giving him an extension anything is possible :lol:

I still think they get the go ahead from Lillard before it happens, so if Lillard wants another coach I think he has a strong chance of getting fired.
