Derrick Jones shot 68% from 2 point range last year. That's efficiency =) He's an atheltic guy, seems high energy. Maybe he can be our Jerome Kersey.

How much are they paying Jones? Do they still have the MLE?

DJJ is so much more than a one time dunk champ, he’s become a better overall player each and every minute he’s gotten in the league. This is a SOLID move. He’s a human highlight reel & total athletic freak, not worth underrating either of those things. Also seems like a good humble dude.

The Heat were stacked already balancewise and didn’t need him. This team isn’t currently balanced and do need high energy and athletic minutes. This is a sign the management is getting creative at their team building, most GMs aren’t going unorthodox, but that’s where the fruit lies.

Yeah it could be fine. At least they got some SF depth. And that article is also not exactly reliable because they also say Meyers should have been around 4 million and he got about 10 million

Yeah, I’m not inclined to have a freak out over it. This may be a good move, I’m just not at all familiar with this player... well see

OMG!!!

We literally scooped the highest flier in the league and he also does other things now too. This is a championship type move for the Blazers, In context with the other moves we make, and I have seen the stats.
