When Portland wins we are told that it's because they're playing hard on defense. I wonder what the reason would be for not playing hard on defense for the rest of the series.

With so many injuries around the league and Portland being relatively healthy it would be a real shame if they blew this series.

Blazers are playing without a key player. Last year, we were a much different team in the playoffs than what was planned. The year before last, we were without a foundational player. Every team plays with the players they have available, no excuses are relevant.

Well whoever wins this one probably wins the series so i’m sure it’ll be competitive

So far, Blazers win when we can matchup Nurk's defense on Joker. Blazers lose when we face Joker without Nurk's defense. Nuggets will try to limit Nurk's PT by getting him in foul trouble. Hopefully, the refs don't get played into calling minor touch fouls against Nurk.

Gonna be tough to win a game when the other team is knocking down everything from 3 no matter what happens.

I swear Denver is the most bi-polar team in the league they can look like trash or the best team in the NBA all in the matter of one game.
