I hope this is followed by a CJ trade, otherwise this is a ridiculous roster.

Amazed that he signed for under $20 million per year. I am perfectly fine if he wanted a longer deal and gave up a few million per year for that.

I remember some on here telling me getting him for under $20 million was a pipe dream just a few months ago.

We couldn't lose him for nothing, we would have 0 cap space to use to go find another player. At least this team isn't counting pennies and are willing to spend to keep Dame happy.

That's a bag of cash and a lot of security. No matter what...reload or retool he's a big part of our future.

Fair, but it's still a poorly constructed roster have your 1-3 all be guys who are 6'3". The team just needs more length.

Interesting he chose Portland but he must have been assured he will be the starting SG after CJ

He is under contract until age 33 roughly, yeah this contract is moveable he is basically under contract at a reasonable rate for his entire prime. If the cap goes up big time in the next 2 or 3 years the contract looks even better.

Harris and Porzingas I think are realistic targets. Simmons should be realistic, but Morey is on some crack cocaine bender this summer.
