Bad teams tend to lose games like this. Good teams tend to win them. Phoenix is a good team, and it seems like Portland is a bad one this year.

Sucks that the Blazers are in a slump, but it sure makes tickets cheaper. I got 100 level seats for $35 today, and after I bought mine I saw a few drop even lower right before game time. Lower bowl was probably 85% full but the upper level was pretty empty, I would guess less than 30% full

I am pretty torn. Part of me is down with the idea of a rebuild/retool around Dame with youngsters. Another part of me understands relying on the draft to get a blue chip talent to go with an aging, taking up 45% of the cap Dame is very low. Even if we get that player they are unlikley to push deep into the playoffs as a rookie (When was the last time a rookie elevated a team into conference finals type status?). Unless we find a Mobley, which is more than rare, we are pretty unlikely to be that good very fast as a draft reliant team. So maybe just burn it down.
