I love so many of the players on Toronto's roster but they aren't a team I fear. Barnes especially is a guy I'd love to have (I had him second on my draft board behind Mobley fwiw). They just don't have anybody who can create his own shot or even set decent screens.
Look for Nurk to feast against the collection of rag dolls the Raptors call centers. 20/15/5 and the trade board will be full of Raptors fans looking to acquire him. I would do CJ and Nurk for Siakam, Boucher and their pick (lottery protected)

4-2 road trip from a team that was struggling to win games just a short while ago. Impressive, I realize a lot are still super down on this team but at least we have a player showing star potential.
Good work Brandon-Clyde keeping these threads going even when they don't get much action.
With this win the Blazers are now only 3 games behind the #7 team in the West.

I also just got a chance to watch this game, Simons once again with clutch buckets back to back 3's as the game ends.
This despite the Raptors doing everything they can to try to rattle this team playing very physical and in some cases sending 2 or 3 guys at Simons trying to get the ball out of his hands.
The more I watch this kid play the more I see Lillard resilience in this kid. If this is only a taste of what's to come we need to sign him no matter what. I think we work on trading our older players and build around Simons, I think it will be just too difficult and risky trying to build around Lillard who may be beginning to decline.
