Can't believe billups kept Dame out from setting an all time record... I get it, we're up but still.

I didn't watch the game so don't know the exact context, but on face value I don't think that I agree with your argument.
Imagine if Dame got injured during that stretch. He's already missed about half the season so far, and we've suffered from his absence. It's not worth it. If he had scored 75 points and he was looking to break all-time scoring records, then that's probably a different story.

I get the argument but the man was on the verge of setting an NBA record and probably would have, that’s reasons enough. Give the people what they want!!

Dame has already missed time this season twice with the same injury. It simply isn't worth it to go
for personal records

Dame got like 3 heat check shots to try and set the record so he went for it, but decided to pad his "won the game in 3 quarters" stat instead.

Lillard did the post game interview with Brooke Olzendam and it sure didn't sound like he wanted to go back in. I hope that knee to his thigh doesnt tighten up, which he mentioned, as well. I'd love to see it as a fan, but I don't blame Billups for not putting him back in. As coach, I'd do the same.

Minnesota is so bad defensively. After like 10 threes, you think they would have started putting more pressure on the perimeter. But nope. They packed the paint, allowing the Blazers to make 21 of them. Then even with the interior packed, Grant and Sharpe were still able to do whatever they wanted.
I must admit - Anthony Edwards looked pretty good, though.

That's a team however if they had a PG, could do a lot of damage in the post season.
They really should move Edwards to SF when they get Towns back and trade for a PG.
