Powell clearly fouls Grant, no call and 3 on the other end. It's so frustrating watching rigged games.

Billups pulling the plug half way through the third is so disrespectful. Dame is having a good game, so is Nurk. Bench ant and Grant and try to win. Maybe he's as frustrated with the refs as I am.

Sometimes the minutes game wins seasons too if a game is out of hand but at the surface it does seem odd indeed

It's a long season and there is no reason to work hard to lose by 10.

18 minutes is an eternity though, nba teams come back from 20 down all the time. Probably should've waited till the early fourth to make that call honestly

Our team looked soft. Seeing Chauncey smile, while getting screwed by the refs really pisses me off. Just dumb basketball by both players and coaches. Yes the refs sucked, but so was the coaching and the effort. Horrible game plan with no adjustments that turned quickly into hero-ball out of frustration. Instead of getting into his players and the refs, Chauncey chose to instead quit half way through the 3rd. The O'well, we got another one tomorrow attitude is just heartless.

Again... Dumb basketball and easily the worst game of the year.

Perhaps but with Luka, Portland is not coming back. There is another game tomorrow night, which might explain

We lost once Wood came off the bench. We simply have no one that can match up with someone as tall and bouncy as him. This wasnt on CB, and I agree w/ him pulling the starters on a B2B so early. We just cant stop Wood. No one can really stop Luka, and he gets his, but you can win when you limit the other guys. But our roster has no one to match w/ Wood, and it will be a huge issue if we meet DAL in the POs.

I miss watching Keon play. Really like him. SS was booty and its a let down that he wasnt able to capitalize on getting tons of PT and despite his dunk man has Brown really not developed a single bit. He is still nothing more than a run / jump athlete, as he was coming out of Texas. Bummer, but I understand the swing there in R2. Probably time to walk away from him in the upcoming offseason.

Might have been Watford's best game offensively. He is a pretty booty defender tho.

Ant was trash as well.

He might have thrown in the towel a bit early to have the team ready for the game today, a road B2B is very rough to win in general especially if the opposing team is rested.

The Blazers are also facing a 3 games in 4 nights all on the road situation which is also a tough in general.

Didnt get to see the game. I'm in Cancun. Just saw the box score... depressing. The Blazers might succeed if one of the big three don't show up, but no chance when two don't show up. Surprised to hear Billups pulled the plug prior to the 4th quarter. Usually they give it 4z6 minutes before putting in the scrubs.
