3 teams in the East with 34 wins and we sit at 33.

Biggest game of the year.

Interesting note on the Spurs side, they don’t have anything to worry about with position AND they’re playing this game in Austin in front of a new group of fans, so the Spurs beat reporter was on the radio today in Portland and said he expects they’ll actually try tonight in front of those fans.

Just hoping this is a nice easy loss.

I would not be surprised to see some blatantly bad subs if this game is close in the 4th, I know most players won't go out there and actually make stupid plays to lose. A coaching staff can make horrid subs if it's a 3 point lead for the Blazers with say 5 minutes to go in the 4th or something, or you could see subs that leave a major weakness like going small when they have been effective going inside.

If Cronin has made it known that this is a must lose game to Chauncey we could see that.

It should be an immediately fireable offense if Chauncey wins this game.

Probably, and it's even more true when Chauncey has not really impressed at all. It would be one thing if we saw improvement from him but barring that 14 game stretch early in the season he has not produced much of note this year.

Damn this arena is rocking especially for a game between two teams that have 0 chance of making the playoffs. I realize it's in Austin so that is part of it since they don't play many games there, but it is a bit mind blowing.

We gotta sit Eubanks! He's outplaying Collins!

Sit Drew! Sit Drew!

We cannot risk this win! Orlando is sitting most their team too!

Whoever put these crazy green eyes on the Spurs mascot needs to be fired, nothing makes this mascot look more insane than crazy eyes like that.

I assume these were the eyes the mascot had since day 1 but it was always a bad decision.

Oh goody one of those games where one random retired player rambles on about the good old days for roughly a full quarter.

Sounds about like the epicly bad blazers radio announcers. I can't believe I'm saying this but tones was more bearable as a sidekick than Holton. And demers is about like listening to someone debate star wars vs star trek

We can't really talk we basically have a bum for a mascot which is strangely appropriate for Portland

I was speaking about the Spurs broadcast that had some former retired player that has some tie to the Longhorns and they ignored the game for more than a full quarter. Pretty damn egregious, especially for a former player that isn't some big name player.
