I hate it. **** Cronin.

Would have rather just bought out Brogdon.

Expecting they'll draft either Williams or Knecht.

Edey dream seems dead.

Demi is a legit prospect and still very young. It’s highly doubtful the guy we’d take at 14 would be as good as him.

That's all good and fine, but also a waste of Brogdon and then they gave up another pick in 2029... hoping its a second rounder but knowing Cronin, probably the Blazers unprotected first (being facetious but...)

https://hoopshype.com/deni-avdija-scouting-report/

Massive point forward at 6-foot-9… Great instincts as a playmaker and creator for others… Solid ballhandler who doesn’t get ripped often… Excels out of the pick-and-roll… Very coachable and never takes plays off… There were questions about his jump shot, but his jumper looks very clean with repeatable form… If his jumper is legit, his upside becomes even greater… Average athlete who lacks high-end quickness… That could hurt him defensively and when trying to get by more athletic defenders.

Also, is Woj trolling us all at this point... "The Blazers are sending the second most favorable of their 2029 first-round picks"

Can that be any more confusing of a way to word it?

So basically it's 3 FRPs for Avdija. Well, he's a 23-year-old dude coming of a nice season but but but....

I don't like it.

2 picks for Deni Avdija?! Malcom gone too?! I was looking forward to that 14th pick to pair with the 7th.

Avdija breakout 3rd year: 14ppg, 7rpg, 3.8apg, 37% 3pt in 30 minutes.

Not bad. I don't know much about Avdija since I dont watch any Wizards games. I still do not like the 2 draft picks for him. That's what made me dislike the trade.

I said I wasn't gonna get upset at this draft, but this is getting me more upset the more I think about it. It's just the same **** Olshey did, just more pissing away first round pick stock on mid talent.
