NFL Found guilty of anti-trust over Sunday Ticket. Could that logic apply to the Blazers?

Saw this article come in:

And it made me wonder, under this rationale, could the Blazers be violating this too? Possibly the NBA as a whole, I'm not sure, but certainly the individual teams in markets like Portland? There is only one option for them.

Wow. Dumb case. Dumb ruling. There are plenty of alternatives to NFL football, so it should have been dismissed.
That said, the Root TV deal with the Blazers is dumb and prevents me from watching several games.
