Great deny on the back door by RW3
So, it is all the young guys that are contributing in this game, against one of the best teams in the NBA, so the question is:
Does the young guys playing well make it more likely that Cronin trades some of the vets, or less likely?
I guess it all boils down to, how delusional you think Cronin is?
Every time RW3 hits the floor, I wince, just hoping he doesn’t get hurt
Caruso has been awful this year, I cannot believe OKC re-signed him for the amount that they did
OKC just has multiple dudes that can hit 3pt shots, and I think POR defense has been tough tonight, and what is the one thing that POR is lacking severely in? Shooting
Camara just got a taste of his own medicine, commits an offensive foul
Scoot took on Jaylin Williams drew the foul and got the better of the physical exchange
Caruso finally hits a 3, he has missed so many shots badly tonight though, yikes
And then Scoot answers with a 3, up to 35%
Scoot with another 3, POR shooting 46% 3pt & Simons\Grant are 1/6
That was a crazy shot by Joe, wow
You see, for all the fans out there, and Cronin, who look at a game like this and say hey they are close, no, they are not, they don’t have an SGA, and until you get one of those this team is going nowhere, this is why you tank, this is why losing is so important even if it seems counterproductive
Keep accumulating assets keep drafting players, until you get that guy, or you have enough assets that you can trade for that guy
As Calabro said on the broadcast when referring to SGA, “there is their alpha”
