God I can’t stress how annoying it is Grant is pushing Deni to the bench. I get this might not be the starting lineup on night 1, but it just sucks it’s even in the realm of serious possibility.

I am just going to let it go for now and enjoy the game. I think the Grant situation will work itself out, if not then I'll get "vocal"

First two minutes and the defense looks like it's everything it was reported to be.

Not really seeing much difference in the offense yet...but it'll take time.

Nice to see Yang look instantly pretty comfortable. Blazer bigs are going to make shots at the rim tough for opps this year. Me like.

Team playing decent but Grant is still so bad

So far not a ton of complaints from me on this team so far. The reviews for Sharpe from preseason seem legit.

Yang looks like a rookie, it'll take him some time.

Grant looks rough. Hope Jrue is really that voice in the lockerroom cause... he certainly ain't making that 34+mil on the shooting dept. Hopefully just rust.

I'm not loving Deni's role so far with this first game. Not taking too much away from it, but his skillset seems to be really muted so far with the backup role.

Might need to get in on some of those Sharpe for MIP odds sooner than later.

I like what I see from Wesley...he's pushing tempo when nobody else really is, and is at least trying on defense...plays bigger than he is. He should be fine as a replacement for Banton minutes--good penetration with size, but a willing passer.

I LOVE Jrue over Simons. He just plays so much smarter on both ends and isn't getting punished defensively.

Yeah, Yang will take a little time. I thought for sure they'd use him a little more as a facilitator in his minutes. Maybe they will.

Again, I see basically ZERO difference in the offense from last year.

Forgot to mention...aggressive Sharpe is ALWAYS going to be a key. He should be one of the only players with carte blanche in the mid-range.

Deni with the bench mob is just painful. Put Jerami with the 2s and let him bomb away. He plays much better with ISO ball, and it'll improve his trade value.
