so, the blazers would be facing them, right? that would be awesome, watching them suffer...

I think a Blazers-Lakers first round would be one of the most exciting of all the possible playoff combinations. You have the star power of Kobe, who can win a game single-handedly, against the team play of the Blazers. Plus, you have all the history, going back to the four game sweep in 1977. And, just for icing on the cake, you have the giant shadow of Greg Oden just to make the Lakers think they better win it this year because this will be their last chance ever again to beat us in the playoffs.

Talk about fun....

That would be a tough matchup.

I think aslong as the Blazers have home court,
are healthy and just let Kobe score while making
it hard for the other Lakers to do the same I think
the Blazers would most likely win that round.. .
