We need to bounce back and stay .500 on the trip tonight. Chances are we'll only win one of the next two at Orlando and ATL.

The Blazers haven't lost two in a row for a long time. Every time they've lost, they have bounced back in a big way. This game is very important because its a way to "right the ship" after an emotional let down. A lot has been made of the way Garnett and the Celtics "intimidated" the young Blazers. Look for Roy to attack the rim with a vengeance. If the rest of the team follows Roy's lead, especially LMA, the Blazers could take another big step over the rest of this road trip.

All of our players are smiling, and the only one who is for the Heat is Wade. That too, a pseudo smile.
Pretty much descriptive of the seasons we're having.

Didn't Aldridge hurt his hand? Anyone hear about how he is doing?
Like always, Blazers need to come in and do business. I bet Shaq is going to be trying to prove he's still got game, can't wait to see that.

This is a must win if we want to make this a respectable road trip.

Must, must win. I say we win by 10+ and Shaq is done by the third.

This game is part of the Celtics game. Lets
see if the Blazers can recover from the let
down of the loss. The Heat will want to win
so I think the Blazers are in for a tough one.
Odds keys for a Blazers win today.
*Rebounding!! - Rebounding!! - Rebounding!!
Gaaaaame time - Blazers time - Win time

Question: If Shaq trips, does he always land on Przybilla?

I would be surprised if this game isn't a real battle for the Blazers. The Heat will be ready, I believe.
Prior to the last game when the lost to chicago, the heat had played 8 of 10 on the road (which is the origin of their losing streak), and had just finished a 5 game road trip entering the Bulls game.
Teams often lose the 1st home game after a long road trip but usually come back with a vengence the 2nd game of a homestand...that's tonight's game.
Portland better be ready or they'll get whipped

I love Bill Walton. He has nothing but good things to say about the Blazers and Blazer fans
I had no idea Miami was on an 11 game losing streak. Wow! This game scares me big time. Miami is better than that, I don't care what anyone says.

What has possessed Sergio Rodriguez to make him think that he's suddenly a 3-pt shooter? A week or two ago he started taking these Jason Williams-esque 3 pointers off the dribble that are just TERRIBLE shots. He just took one with about 20 seconds left on the shotclock.
