An article on why the Blazers are so great. This must be a pre-emptive strike on his part. According to his pre-season forecast and mathmatical model, the Blazers were good for 26 wins this year. I know that when the Blazers win there next one, I was prepared to email him and ask why his prediction was so far off.

I liked Hollinger when he was on
the FAN. He flat out said he was
wrong and seemed like a fair guy.

Can't put to much fault on him..But **** only 26...That was the biggest lowball I've ever seen...I would think 30 would be a lowball.....

Most "experts" picked the Blazers to be worse than last year because of the "subtraction" of Zach Randolph.

There were a lot of people saying Sacramento would be better than us.

yea that is true, i saw alot of people saying we were going to be with sacramento and LAC and memphis sitting at the bottom of the west. i predicted 42 wins. and i was soooooooo gald when they finally got rid of z-bo, he was a black hole and everytime someone would say we are goin to miss him i just laughed and kept saying "team basketball, team basketball, no more black hole, u will see" and now they are surprising everyone else.
