The Bulls are really starting that lineup nowadays? It really has gotten bad over there.
Thanks for the thread!

Where were you last game?

Well, Deng is out with injury and the bulls have continued to start Ben Gordon as 6th man.
I'm not sure what Kirk Hinrich's status will be, he left with bruised ribs last night against Seattle.
Thabo Sefolosha has been playing fairly well ever since he was given the starting spot because Duhon was out with injury, Thabo should certainly be over Duhon in the rotations anyway regardless of injuries.
Things are pretty bad, I don't see us having a shot at this game really. Especially if Hinrich is out as well as Luol Deng.

Portland has been playing to the level of their opponents and have been having at least one absolutely crappy quarter a game...the Bulls will have a chance.

This has nothing to do with the game, but I wanted people to see this.
Look on Roys head.. .I find it weird but at the same time looks nice.
Not all players can pull off wearing those.. .

I've seen a couple of mentions about joel not playing at the end of the Denver game.
I have a question and that is just who would Pryzbilla have been assigned to defend: anthony, najera, martin or kleiza? Whoever he guarded would have just went out to the 3 point line and they could all drive around him.

They all drove around the other Blazers.. .
Atleast with Joel you have some rebounding
and you can switch & let Joel cover the paint.

They could have zoned or just switched with someone who was guarding a player closer to the basket.

they actually drove through the zone and I'll point out that Denver got a portion of their points in the paint while joel was playing.
Denver got 4 offensive rebounds on one possesion, the rest of the game portland beat denver on the offensive glass 18-17, and for the game denver only outboarded portland 53-51.
One of Portland's big problems last night was stretches where they couldn't score. They started the game that way, ended the 3rd quarter with a little drought, and then managed only 5 points and 1 basket in the final 5 minutes of the 4th Q. And finally, only scored 3 points in the 5 minutes of overtime. (That would be 7 points in a quarter and 29 for a game.) In other words, in the final 10 minutes of the game, portland only managed to score 8 points, and make 2 baskets.
Portland ended the 4th quarter and overtime with big problems on offense...joel wasn't going to help that much

Hinrich will be a gametime decision for the Bulls.
The first game this season between these teams was very entertaining and came right down to the wire.

Only gonna be able to catch the 1st half

. Hopefully the blazers can pull their collective head out of their ass. Its been really hard to watch the blazers lately with just how amazingly streak they have become. There isnt a game go by recently where they overcome just horrible cold slumps.
