Game Thead: Portland vs Boston - 3:00PM

So I am starting another Game Thread as I had another dream. Channing Frye will play big tonight. My dream foretold. Of course, it also said we'd get blown out by the Sonics on our first meeting, but that didn't actually happen until the second meeting. Maybe I am like Desmond on LOST & can see the future? Or I am just going a little crazy .

Tip off is @ 3:00PM. Hopefully we can extend the Celtics longest losing streak to four games :). Oh and maybe Jarret Jack can continue his amazing run of actually passing the ball on the break :D!

As always I encourage you guys to chat in www.BlazersGameChat.com - hopefully it'll be a good game as those usually get lots of activity in the chatroom.

i hope after friday night's lost against the Sonics, Brandon Roy slapped everyone real hard and told them to wake their ass up. Because nobody is stepping up.

All i am asking from our team is effort, and that was clearly not there on friday. I am sure this is a winnable game, but that passion we had earlier in the season needs to come back again in our players. Maybe Blake needs to throw another chair again, and this time, i hope he hits some one. (Nate)

And oh yea, i finally accept that our 13 game winning streak was clearly a fluke.

Celtics are going to come at the Blazers like this is game 7 of the championship series. Roy should know this and I want to see how he responds.

Both teams are going to come at each other like Spartan warriors. I think my team will win, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Blazers do.

Have a good one guys and good luck in the future.

If one of the Spartan Warriors had a nonexistant frontcourt half of the time, and the other half of the time, was plagued by the flu or some heel spur.

The blazers haven't showed a sign of emotion in a long time.

If Portland cannot get UP for one of the best teams in the league then this team has more issues then we think. When i mean UP i mean come out with fire and hustle does not mean they HAVE to win.

PS - I want to see Von ....... LOL

Which one of you were at the game the other day in row K?

After Jack mishandled another fast break..

"ANOTHER JACK T.O."

I think it was the same guy who randomly screamed
"DON'T TRADE OUTLAW!"

I dont care if the Blazers win or lose this game.
All I care about is KG walking away in this game
with a blackeye. To the Celtics fans that think
this is harsh, all I have to say is KG needs to
get whats coming to him. He throws elbows
so someone needs to pop him a good one.. .

Who from the Blazers is going to rough up KG? Blazers must be the softest team in the NBA.

Maybe in the absence of true grit someone can skip a couple showers in the hope that some real offensive BO could be an effective weapon to claim some space in the paint.

I played against a guy a few times in city league that had that approach. Big hairy, stenchified fella, who sweated like a hog as a bonus. But that wasn't the worst of it...he liked to do the barkley back-in-bump-and-grind dribble and he had volcanic zits the size of buick hubcaps that he wasn't shy about showing or pressing against a nauseated defender. Nobody wanted to guard him...he probably led the league in scoring.

i cant stand Kevin Garnett
wat a scrub

but he cant play vs the real big men of the game, like Sheed. Sheed can shut down Kg anyday.
i hope LaMarcus shuts him down tonight. or josh mcroberts punches him. lol
