Oden update

I heard him say recently that he is running. Also, Oden seems concerned about his additional weight and is trying to lose some pounds. Does anyone have any recent information about how his rehab is going?

Quick talked about Oden's rehab a few days back. He said that team doctors have targeted sometime in early-mid March as a "red letter day" for him to start the heavy running drills. That's when the serious rehab starts for Oden.

I wonder if there are any plans on him player during the summer league.

I hope not, I would personally prefer Portland sticks with the 1 year target.

I doubt it. He'll likely still be rehabbing in mid-July. He probably won't be ready for full contact action until around September. Or at the very least, the team won't want to risk him doing full contract practices until then.

Yea, I think he said March 13th was the red letter day.

bitter celtics fan thats mad his "star" players will be collecting SSI during the blazers championship run?
hopefully they hold oden out until after summer league. Or if they do hes limited. It seemed like he was doing to much last year with summer league then the early practice ETC. He needs to come back SLOW
