Sorry, I am not a regular Blazer fan.

But I do remember he missed all of last season due to microfracture knee surgery.

He was suppose to be back this year, and I even think I remember he was playing well the first couple of games.

What happened?

He hasn't played in 2 seasons. He says he's ready to go. But between chats with Blazer Beat writers and their various blogs, it seems that most people within the organization thinks he needs to hang it up.

Saw him shooting around at the LA game a week and a half ago. He looked completely unwilling to put his knee under any stress whatsoever.

I'd have to think--especially with the youth of this team--that if Portland wanted him back/thought he actually could come back and contribute he'd be playing if he was in fact healthy.

I am starting to doubt he'll play at all this season, period. If he doesn't retire then he'll have to really work hard this summer to prove he can play. What a difference two years makes, totally different team, Miles is very stagnant.

Miles will either get bought out or retire. I'm not convinced that he has anything left in the tank at least from what I've heard.
