Today @ 3:00 pm on CBS the first round games will be announced. We got PSU and UO in contention for a possible seed. The Vikings are projected to be seeded somewhere around 14-16 and possible competition includes Texas and Kansas. Who do you guys prefer to see playing against the Vikings?
Also, UO could possibly earn a seed and that would be sweet as well.

I hope PSU meets Texas. Dominguez vs Augustine would be a sweet match up.
I think the ducks get in as a 12 seed, and I thinking that getting into the torney will get the seniors seriously pumped up and won't treat it lightly and make some noise as a 12 seed.

PSU made 16 seed and is playing No. 1 seed from the Midwest Kansas. I hope they can play competitive at least.

Yes, but it sucks in some ways since they'll have to play Memphis in the second round if they can win in the first round.

It is considering they were viewed as a bubble team.

Yeah, I'd say so in terms of where they could've gone, but in terms of seeding, the 9th seed isn't favorable.

They match up pretty well against Miss St. but Memphis is a whole different story.

You could see
Love/Singler III as UCLA and Duke are #1 and #2 in their bracket.

Hey, it's always a possibility that Derrick Rose and Christopher Douglas-Roberts might transfer to Oregon in the next couple of days.

So who is the big dog at Kansas? Is Darell Arthur a legit prospect for the NBA?

More likely than Porter suddenly becoming our answer at PG.

^Very true, wish Oregon had Brooks back...
I really don't particularly like the 9 seed for us. We can certainly beat Mississippi State, but Memphis will be very hard if we get there. Surprising though that we got such a high seed.
I really think UCLA got by far the easiest path to the final four, and I will laugh really hard if we get to see UCLA v Duke and Love v. Singler.

Tajuan has regressed since getting the third ear chopped off.

IT WAS THE SOURCE OF ALL HIS POWER.
The 9-seed is higher than I expected. Hell, higher than I even hoped for. But whatever; good first-round game against a very winnable opponent. I'm excited.
Miss. St. will be very tough, but Oregon may actually be able to match up pretty well. Leunen will be huge, as his basketball IQ may be able to neutralize Jarvis Vanardo in the post and open up the looks for the 3-ball.
