Game Thread: Suns vs Blazers Redux! 7.30pm

I can't believe no one has posted a game thread on this. Too many minds on Rudy & Miles maybe? We mustn't forget our current roster. Hopefully this will be payback for the last game in which there were a bunch of terrible calls. Hopefully it'll be a fair and honest game with a certain large center not getting the star calls/no-calls.

Go Blllazers!

I guess the pregame interest of a 30 point blowout loss doesn't strike many fancies.

James Jones looked like a long jumper by stretching out that far to draw the foul.

Man I like seeing Sergio out there. He's making the team run and finding open shooters.

I've noticed that Grant Hill gets a lot of call in his favor, even ones that are clearly not up for dispute.

man what does a blazer gotta do to get a charge call on a sun? Amare right off the bat was such a blatant one.

New season, same results... Us getting owned by the Suns. Oh well, thanks to the Shaq trade, we likely won't have to endure their domination of us for much longer.

I don't think I've ever seen Roy have as bad a game as he had tonight. meh, he'll bounce back.
PS, have I mentioned how much I hate Jack?

yeah that was a pretty brutal showing by Mr. Roy.

Good game guys. LMA, Roy, and a healthy Oden (performing how we all expect him to) is going to be scary!

Thank God that game is finally over. It seemed like it would never end in the final minutes.
The Blazers really needed to show more heart tonight. A loss is acceptable, but a lack of effort is never acceptable.

Joel showed more heart then the rest of the team combined. He's gotta be on the NBA short list of players with the stones to battle with Shaq.

Seriously, I would absolutely detest Joel if he were on another team. He's gonna be the best C backup in the league next year.
