I thought it was Jon Barry who said we should traded our picks for Veterans instead of getting Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge. I don't know if anyone would have been so stupid as to suggest we trade Oden for veterans. Oden was the most highly hyped pick since LeBron James.

I wasnt really a portland fan... i was a greg oden fan... but i do specifically remember someone saying to trade the pick for veterans then the other 3 analysts yelling at him. It wasnt Legler though
