trading up

Post#1 » by KM44 » Fri Apr 18, 2008 12:12 am

We are going to have a .7% chance of winning the lotto, so lets say that we decide to trade to get into the top 3.

Miami said that they wanted artest earlier this season, so I'm thinking we sign-and-trade Artest with our first and one of our seconds to Miami for Blount and their top pick (1-3).

Kings

Udrich
Martin
Garcia/Salmons
Beasly!
Hawes

Miami

Williams (or draft pick if they don't resign him)
Artest
Marion
Haslem
Morning/Draft pick

I think that we would have to throw in another first on order to actually make it work, but this is just one thought. how else can we get up there to snatch Beasly/Rose?

They'd never trade that pick dude. Nobody in the top 3 is trading down to #12. Nobody.

All that needs saying.

For me, that's a completely unrealistic idea......

Must be true, if it's a rumor you read on Hoopshype.
