wait...does this warning also qualify as post padding?

For a minute, I thought you were actually going to warn me! It's been forever that mods warned me...Well, other than sig oversizes...I'm a good boy :D

And yes, that qualifies for post paddling, KIE. :) Mitch and ICMTM warn him too!

But seriously though, this been a long offseason...*sighs*

Now that I'm freelancing on the trade board for a while, the rest of the offseason will be a bit busier for me.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

Oh yeah, that's right. You and Cow got promoted (I think it's a promotion) to the trade board. Congrats! You can help the fight with the other Kings fans in trade implications :D

The fact the Kings are slow to offer Garcia a contract extension means they are big on Donte Green IMO OR they don't think his worth in the open market is that great.

Perhaps. But are the Kings known to sign players late-ish in the offseason? (With the exception of Martin's deal)

^I'm basing my comments on the wiretap report. They may not offer him an extension at all.

I think it's more likely that the sides just aren't too close on a deal. I really don't think Geoff is the type to not worry about one player because he has a lot of confidence in a guy that hasn't played an NBA game yet.

Naw I think they're just leaving their options open and waiting to see what happens. The fact is an an RFA there's probably an 80% or more that they'll re-sign him if they want to.

I don't think giving our long contracts is the way to go at our current situation, so I'm sure the FO is just waiting and watching for opportunities to come up before doing that
