^^Yes. Dickau was picked for the Hawks. We owed them a pick IIRC. So obviously, criticizing that pick is silly.

Every GM screws up picks, if they didn't they would making a hell of a lot more money then GMs make by working the stock market. Some screw up more then others, and some screw up less...but they all screw up. You can find at least one example of every GM that has been at their current gig for 2+ years and they will all have screwed up something.
