First 3: 1-2
Next 2: 2-0
3-2 after 5 games is my prediction.

Re: Observations before the season starts
Just from the stats. Tyreke Evans was #1 in scoring for rooks. Casspi was #8 in scoring and #1 in 3pt % for rooks. Jason Thompson was #1 in rebounding and #2 in scoring for 2nd year players. Hawes was # 11 for C in scoring and rebounding. Hawes played less minutes and was probably not as bad as people thought but I have no problem with Westphal trying to motivate him. We know Martin will put up 20. They also rebounded very well.
I really saw very little negatives except not enough touches for the both big guys. They need to get about 15 touches and only got 10. Hopefully Westphal will get more balanced between the bigs and shooters which will be the only thing to keep people who double on Tyreke honest. The wins will come with these guys when they get comfortable.
The ridiculous difference between Thompson and Bynum who gets 4FTs a game vs. 10+ FTs a game. It must be nice to play with Kobe and get every call every where when Thompson gets very few calls and takes the ball to the hoop a lot. Both are young players and not supposed to get calls. Gotta love that NBA double standard.

If we win our first game against the Thunder, this would be our first winning record (1-0) since 2006!

Hey guys.
I have Tyreke on my fantasy team. How many minutes do you think he'll get?

Well, he is the starting point guard for the Kings. So, I'm pretty sure he will get significant minutes throughout the season (I see 30-35 minutes range).
