Ugh.

We gave up 140+ points. We are still having problems of defending the threes. And these Suns players are hot throughout the game too.

Who was Hawes and Thompson guarding?

Looking at Amar'es FT attempts, I'm going to assume Thompson was guarding Amar'e?

Meaning Hawes' defense is getting worse or something?

From what I heard, Thompson was primary guarding Amare for the game. Thompson fouled out. Hawes got Amare too but not as frequently though. So, I assume that he was guarding Frye and co. And Frye was 9-12 FG and (4-5 threes).

It wasn't a bad game for the Kings IMO.

We had a higher FG% (50%/47%), higher 3% (53% with 8 made/47% with 10 made) outrebounded them (46/43) out assist them (23/21) and we played competitively majority of the game. But the difference was the difference of FTs. They had 51 points in FTs alone!

The Kings shouldn't put their head down. On a regular day (less ref calls) I think the Kings would have gotten the W.

Oy, the second half was painful and the league needs to do something about the ref situation. When a classy guy like Grant Hill gets thrown out and another classy guy in Martin gets fouled out, something's wrong.

Can someone give a report on how Hawes and May have looked? I haven't watched most of the preseason games, and I'm sure a lot of other people haven't been watching the games as well.

Tryeke has become my top 3 players other than Bargnani and Iggy.
