Let me kind of say this:
The Kings are building a team for the future. I think the ORG has a plan to be good for a long time. I just don't think that they plan to be good right now. Are the Kings purposely lineup tinkering with the sole intent of losing....probably not.
What I do see though is an environment where if you don't get it...you get a chair! I'm cool with it. I just know that it's not an environment conducive to winning. When you don't give someone a consistent job their performance will suffer as a result. The fact that this will result into more loses and dissension inside the locker room though should have been seen before hand.
So when I say we're 'tanking' I don't think it's a malicious effort to lose games, BUT don't tell me that losing games isn't a positive in this situation.

His record with this team proves that at the very least he isn't certain what he wants to do at all. No clear rotations no clear system it's a bit of a problem. Again I don't want him fired, I just want him to make some decisions and stick with them.
You can't blame him for experimenting with different lineups. You never know who will play well together until you experiment with different rotations. If this team was a playoff team and he was experimenting, I would be concerned. People forget that this team is preparing for the future and that they have no chance of getting to the playoffs.
That's my point exactly. The Kings are NOT in a win-now mode and they MUST get a sense of who will and won't worke well together in the future. The best way to do that is to change the combinations on the floor.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

I basically agree with the points you guys are making as they relate to the whole year. I just think that any coach in a situation would be doing what Westphal is doing right now--he's basically working in 3 new guys, dealing with no longer having Sergio and Kevin, and even Brock, if only due to injury. That's going to make the lineups inconsistent.

^^^how do you account for the rest of the year. He just needs to stop jerking the guys around and be as honest as possible about his intentions and goals and why he's doing the things he's doing.

Yup the guys are really tanking and hating the coach. We really alienated Hawes. Alienated him so much that he did a pregame high five routine with the coach

I'm glad they did that I hope that everything is fine in the locker room. F there are problems I want the coaches and players to handle it but I'm glad to see that hawes and PW are on good terms.

I don't account for it. I just think the complaints are poorly timed if anything. You can't fault him when he's just getting new guys back. Otherwise, it's an apt criticism.
