This is the problem with the "1 and done" rule. Everyone is so quick to judge these 19 yr old Kids as finished products, habits they have are perminant when that is soooo far from the truth. I think what peope need to remember is just last year the "1 and done" kids were in high school. Name me one high school player who has an NBA work ethic. Has an NBA attitude. Has an NBA grasp on the professional side of life playin ball. 1 and dones have got a taste of it freshman yr in college, some excel faster than others but most still have growing left to do..

if you research Cousins freshman season he pretty much fits this bill. came in no work ethic, attitude issues. as the season went on and he went thru the fire he learned.
