i think Sacramento should target Avery Bradley

Post#1 » by kobyz » Wed Jun 9, 2010 10:03 pm

trade down and draft him or trade for another pick!
he will be such a great fit next to Evans for the future, very good shooter and a great on ball defender!!!
the better option for me is to trade for another pick so Sacramento could have also DeMarcus Cousins, i will use Green or Landry to get another pick and take Bradley, dream this:
Avery Bradley/Beno Udrih
Tyreke Evans/Francisco Garcia
Omri Casspi/Andres Nocioni
Jason Thompson/Carl Landry or Donte Greene
DeMarcus Cousins/Spencer Hawes

I wouldn't trade Greene or Landry right now, not in a trade like this.
Sometimes you just have to look yourself in the mirror and say....Tyreke Evans.
That just happened.

I would love to get both Bradley and Cousins, but that's unrealistic. If we could find a way to trade to between 8-13 range, I would be very pleased with a Bradley pick.

I do also like Bradley, but I don't know if a realistic deal is possible. If we get Cousins, I'd trade Hawes to get a 10-15 pick to get him, IMHO.

^^ I wouldn't target him at all there are going to be similar guys available around the 33rd pick maybe not as high of a ceiling but certainly good players in the same mold.

I actually do not like bradley for the kings...he has a weak handle and I do not believe he will be able to play point in the NBA. And at 6'3", 180 pounds he is way to small to play 2 guard. I think he is kind of stuck between roles.

I'm back and forth. I really like him in many respects--especially as a prospect over all. I just would kind of prefer that our 3rd guard be somewhat pass first. Like, skill-wise, I think Sergio was a good fit for us there. I'd like the other guard to be somebody who is kinda like Beno at least.

Yeah sergio was a good fit there. I like him somewhat as a prospect...but he needs to add weight and better his handle.
