could we target ray allen as FA??
I think he's a good compliment to evans and he proves he's a very good defender beside to be an excellent shooter
maybe a 2 year contract? 8 M a year?

The only reason to target Allen would be to have him as a mentor. Kings already have that in Bobby Jackson. He may have a year or two left in him, but Sacramento really is not a good fit for him.

He would be a perfect fit no doubt - he is exactly the "type" of player we need. This will never happen (allen to sacto)- but if we could find a young talent in the draft with skills similar to a ray allen we would be sitting pretty. At the 2 guard we need someone who can play great d - doesnt need ball in his hand to get himself open for a shot. aka Someone who can move off screens -catch and shoot. Someone who is able to spread the court and make them pay for dbl/help defense when evans drives in...
