I like the trade for Sacramento. Dalembert played in all 82 games last season and started in 80 demonstrating his durability. If we draft Cousins then he will most likely start with Landry and we will use Dallembert for defense/rebounding and energy off the bench, similiar to the role chris andersen plays in Denver. Also, everyone who is concerned about Dalemberts ability to contribute offensively in the low post must not have paid attentention to how Hawes got most of his points. Hawes has no back-to-the-basket low post offensive skill set which is extremely limiting for a starting NBA center.

With Brand expected to be an interior focus again, Hawes is going to need to be able to hit midrange jumpers.

I hate to rain on most of your parades, but Sammy is an albatross. I have less respect for PER if it somehow picks the Kings to win more games with Sammy. Basically SD makes winning difficult. As many from the Sixer's board have already stated he has the lowest b-ball IQ in the NBA. He makes Manute Bol look like John Wooden in comparison. Let me give you some exanples;
On three straight possessions he thew away an outlet pass, travelled, then knocked a defensive rebound away from a teammate.
I have also seen a game where he threw away 3 straight outlet passes.
If your PG doesn't go and get the ball from him he will be a TO machine. If there were a TO per touch stat SD would lead the league.
The reason he gets so many alley oop dunks is that no defense in the NBA guards him.
He cannot pass or dribble if he tries to do either it is an automatic TO
His rebounding is overrated. He actually is a below average rebounder. He doesn't box out and he pads his numbers by fighting teammates for rebounds. They soon give up and just let him take all uncontested rebounds. He rarely gets a contested rebound and gives up a ton of OR.
Whatever system you run on offense or defense he will mess it up. He is better at clogging the lane on offense than defense.
He does have some positive qualities. He does a good job defending athletic big men who are the focus of their teams offense (Bosh/Howard/Garnett). He plays better in contract years. He is a fairly good shot blocker though he does goal tend too much.
100 MM talent 50 cent head.

Don't worry, that builds character and you can never have too much character...

That's what a loser would say.
