I hope not.

We can address shooting in free agency. Reddick or morrow or someone like that would fit perfectly

Mikhail Torrence, or Jon Scheyer, or Jerome Randle...
There are a large number of combo guards that can drain the three who are available and cheap, why spend on a forward who won't get minutes?

Our entire summer league should be guards and Whiteside and Cousins

A shooter is an obvious need for us but I don't really want us to spend a ton of money on Ray Allen, but would rather us go for a guy like Mike Miller who would fit in for us for now at a much cheaper cost.

I don't like Miller for the two facts that he is a) a ball hog and a legend in his own mind, and b) doesn't have the handles necessary to play as a combo guard.

How is Miller a ball hog? From what I heard, he is unselfish to a fault. I never sense anything egotistic, ball-hog vibes from him either.

And he has solid handles for his position. I'm not sure where you get that he does not have the necessary handles for the combo guard.

Miller would be a very good fit for this team IMO.

Yeah, you were actually completely 180 on Miller.

I wouldn't want to spend too much at this stage.
One year deal for a veteran or something like that.

I think at this point, we need a very good veteran for this team. We are becoming too young at this point. (not necessarily a bad thing but having a very young core w/ little veteran presence may have implications in the near future).

Although, the group of guys we have here are very good guys (chemistry-wise). Maybe adding a veteran isn't a huge pressing need...yet.

I know it's not going to happen (due to team USA), but how awesome would our summer team be with Evans, Casspi AND Cousins? Undefeated?
