Well not sure why it would matter seeing as it was turned down - if it even did happen. But anyways - would probably help out if you provided us with a link to your source - that was we can see if it is credible or not

And I agree, 5th for brooks = horrible. If this were the offer, I bet it would have been 5th for brooks + ?

This deal is horrible. Straight up for Brooks and the fifth. There is no way this deal should ever be considered.
