So I thought this would be a good thread to have...talk about the deals happening around the league right now.

Rudy Gay to the grizz for a MAX?!?!?

Gay is not a max player in my opinion, but I'm not surprised since the grizz management have said in the past that they'll match any offers out there for him.

They should be building around Mayo and Gasol. Scoring wings are a dime a dozen. Gay is no where near as valuable as his contract. Plus they just drafted Henry...This doesn't make sense, but hey I guess it's less competition in the west. Just when I think the Grizzlies are getting it together....oh well. Thank God we have Petrie.

Regardless of the rumors about JJ, I say he and Amare end up in NY with max contracts. I know Amare at least wants to play for D'Antoni again. Still just an above average team.
