Yeah, and how did he go about doing it? By basically letting those guys get away with MURDER! I mean c'mon think about it. During the most critical series of this teams existence he let those guys play touch football instead of practicing. Now that could obviously be looked at negatively considering the outcome but still, the guy knew where his bread was buttered. That's what we need.

I think that type of coach is the way to go, but if guys like Cousins and Evans are still getting pissy, it's time for whatever baddest ballbuster you can find. Maybe Byron Scott or George Karl will be looking for a job by then? hahaha.

I thought it was good comparison. They seem a lot alike coming out of college.

But look what Griffin did in this league at where he was drafted at (was number 1 overall talent) and what he turned his career into on the court and his final years off the court.

I see the comparison I guess just wouldn't like to look at it that way because Eddie Griffin was looked upon as all negatives his whole career sadly. Damn shame. I don't think he loved the game that much, if he did, he would've been one hellova player.
