We lost this game early. This was a team that Cousins should have dropped 30+ on. Early in the game instead of establishing Cousins down low they continued to put him at the foul line and have him drive when they were packing the lane in off and on zone defense. When that wasn't working we played the Raptors fanciful up and down game. When they finally started to establish Cousins it was too late. Could have won this one. Landry sagging of Bargnani on that big 3 killed us. Still, much better showing since the start of the year. This is actually a decent team on a nightly basis, wasn't sure it was possible.

With what's going on with Roy, it's debatable.

Honestly that's very true. Bargs is a good player. Dirk Jr., just as advertised IMO.

Again, our SF is our KEY.

DMC and Reke will bring the goods if our SF can spread the floor and become a threat from the outside on a nightly basis.

It all goes down to "are they making thier shots or not" imo.. has been all year long more or less.

I do what I feel, not because people ask me to do this,” Bargnani says, holding his hands over his head and doing a strange chicken dance.

Jason Thompson outperformed DMC across the board was removed at near 8 mins at 96-96.

Carl Landry turned the win into a loss.

AGAIN.

I am so sick of the f'ing MALOOFS/WESTPAHS no trust of Thompson.

CWebb/Vlade (2 vets) were terrible laughably on defense their first playoff against Dallas. It took them 5 years to get to a championship level team.

Thomspon spent 2 years learning with Hawes now we bring in a new 19 year old DMC.

WTF do you expect?

No defense.

The MALOOFS absolute desperation to win and make $$$ to pay the Palms bills stinks so badly and shoots the Kings in the foot every night.

No, no he didn't. Jason hustled into some decent production and played a definite role in this team being in the game, but once again, Cousins role on this team is pretty much well defined. As he goes, WE GO. That's the difference between superstar potential, and a very solid ROLE player like Thompson.

Carl Landry is also probably the SOLE reason we were even in this game. Now late he cost us big with a defensive mistake, but take him out and this is probably a blowout by Toronto.

I don't know what the hate is on Bargs, he destroyed us, along with DeRozan. He might not be the greatest rebounder, but he is a great offensive weapon.

Regarding the Kings, the reason we lost the game was defense. Pure and simple. Couldn't stop anyone all night.
Sometimes you just have to look yourself in the mirror and say....Tyreke Evans.
That just happened.

I was initially against bringing in Demarcus for JT because JT had been playing so well--in fact much better than Demarcus at that point. And it still may have been the wrong decision. But I understood it eventually. We needed a go-to option and JT, for all of his positives, is not that.

Nope, but I did see another great positive! Another pick and roll with JT! This team couldn't even run the most simple play in all of basketball a few weeks ago and we're at least good for one P&R a game now! YAY!!
