Does this affect GP decision to trade him? I would like to keep Landry but if there is good value for him I rather see a change to the team.

It wont affect him getting traded 1st we must get value for him because he would still likely walk unless we grossly overpaid . Petrie will look like a fool trading K-MART to get LANDRY without any picks for K-MART in that deal & then end up with nothing for Landry in letting him walk .
At least get the #1 pick for CARL or get another player for him like MAYO , J.GREEN in a deal for LANDRY .
Nothing has changed Carl will be gone he is only doing what alot of pros do say the right thing to make himself look good but if the off season rolls around & Carl is a King we will see him walk all for nothing in return or we will grossly overpay & then end up with a bad contract .

You shifted his words from "not where it needs to be" to basically "this team is stupid" and made it seem like Landry was focusing on Jt as an example of that rather than at what he ment as the reason. Doh... Why do you have that job?
Lol. Did you hear her on Grant's show a day or so a go? I found a link to her segment on another site, it was interesting because listening to that interview she sounded very defiant, she was sure she had got the story correct and that Landry was just shifting blame. Then when Grant mentioned the idea of sharing her recorded notes, I swear to god you've never heard someone change vocally so quickly. She goes from tough and defiant to studders and mumbling. \
I think, and I do understand the accusation I'm making is serious, that she may have done this on purpose and just never figured people would call her on it. I usually hate Napear, but once I heard that interview I knew she was full of S.
This isn't even the 1st time for her. She's intellectually dishonest. She's a horrible journalist. How do you let Sam Amick and Mark Kreidler go and somehow manage to retain her?
She is the Maloofs mouthpiece.
What ever they want said she says it?
The Maloofs owned Beer and Vegas porperties.
Not really the pick of the intectually honest ownership.
But they do rain money on the city as dumbly as they spend in all their business.
Have you not figured this out that all Sac media (plus Geoff Petrie) is there to giggle what the Maloofs want?
Mark Kreidler wants to be nobodies puppet.

I wouldn't mind Landry here long term as the 3rd big. He's only 27 and with Cousins+Landry we'll never lack frontcourt scoring.

I wouldn't be too angry if we brought Landry back but honestly I'm not too high on him. He doesn't pass the ball well at all, his scoring is way down from last year and he averages less than 5 rebounds per game. If we can get someone better with that money or a pick via trade we should be looking to upgrade. Same with every other position not being played by someone named Tyreke or DeMarcus

Depends on the price, but something needs to be done. As is, Landry just isn't being utilized to any real value above the range of where he's paid right now. I think that alone spells out that he shouldn't be re-signed regardless. Unless his role and/or effectiveness within whatever system this team plays is changed he just doesn't fit. If he's re-signed JT has to go, this "platoon" crap never works.

Landry's a black hole, get rid of him, maybe we can get a mid first rounder. I don't care if it makes the Martin trade look bad he needs to go. He will probably be looking for 7-8 million a year. That's too much for a bench player and until he can get more than 4 or 5 rebounds a game he can't be starting at pf. I'd rather re-sign the Haitian Sensation over Mandry.
