Pick up D-Block's option or sign Josh McRoberts. Pick up Taylors option. Draft Terrence Jones with the #4-7 pick if Kyrie isnt available. Trade a future Top 15 protected 1st and Pooh to OKC for Maynor if we draft Terrence.

Maynor/Udrih
Reke/Thornton/Taylor
Jones/Casspi/Greene
JT/McRoberts/Whiteside
DMC/Sammy

This is a major sleeper people!!! This would be the absolute perfect fit at PF for the Kings, seriously. Get a coach that knows how to use passing bigs and we're set.

Yeah, he has a qualifying offer though so unless it's a serious offer Denver will most likely match.

From the list of possibles I've narrowed my list of wanted FA's down to this:

Luc Richard Mbah a Moute - anyone else check out this guys defense at PF this year? Good rebounder too. Truly one of those guys that can guard 1-4.
Josh McRoberts - Does pretty much everything you'd need in a compliment to Cousins, 'nuff said.
Shane Battier - Leader, defender, and can shoot. Duh.
Jeff Green - I think Boston's going to re-sign him.
Wilson Chandler - Good size and can shoot.
Tayshaun Prince - Defense, size, talent, experience.
Tyson Chandler - Wouldn't mind our frontcourt being Chandler, Cousins, and Dalembert moving forward. Probably too expensive though.

Pretty much it. Of course, depending on who we draft it could knock off most on the list. Not too many flashy names this year and the ones that are probably aren't good fits. I still wouldn't mind David West but at this point I really think somebody is going to nab him for a greater price than the Kings would be willing to pay. I think it's better for the Kings to save that $$$, do the best they can to draft a stud, sign a few sleepers, and watch it grow.

Why are we limiting ourselves to just free agents? WE can facilitate deals from teams that need to slash payroll or that just want to dump a bigger contract guy.

Guys like Granger, Iguodala, Josh Smith, Jamison could all be had and are under contract.

If possible, I think Granger and Josh Smith would be an upgrade in the SF. Granger would provide clutch shooting and offense and Josh Smith if healthy would improve the Kings perimeter defense.

Pg - FA/Draft, Beno
Sg - Tyreke, Thorton, Garcia
Sf - Granger/Josh Smith/Jeff Green, Casspi, Donte Greene
Pf - JT, Whiteside
C - DMC, Sammy D

If the Kings could snatch Jeff Green from Celtics that would be awesome! I also like JR Smith as FA but DMC and JR Smith in one team is kinda dangerous! haha

I said this another post and I will say it again.....

Granger or Josh Smith!!!!!

Be aggressive and get one of these 2 guys. If we had 4th pick or worse in this draft I would trade the pick and a player of these guys.

Pick plus JT for Granger. JT would be a great fit for Indy plus that pick (maybe Sullinger or Jones) and Indy would be looking good.

Pick plus Dally (S&T) for Smith. Atlanta moves Horford to PF and picks up Williams, Jones, or Barnes at SF.

We could still pick up my back up plan guys in FA David West and Wilson Chandler.

INDY TRADE:
DMC/Dally
West (FA)/Jackson
Granger/Casspi
Thornton/Taylor
Evans/Beno

or

ATL TRADE:
DMC/Whiteside
Josh Smith/Jackson
Chandler (FA)/Casspi
Thornton/Taylor
Evans/Beno

That is of course if we were actually gonna spend some money

I like the roster in bold. We'd still also have Greene and Whiteside, and possibly we make a promise with our early 2nd round pick to a guy like Jordan Taylor PG from Wisconsin.
