I know he hasn't had a very good start, but at least Smart's post game comments are 100% better than Westfail's. Very honest and to the point.

3:30 - Sounds an awful lot like he's looking for a veteran PG. Couldn't be happier to hear that.

In general, he said all the right things. Said the right things about what this team is doing wrong offensively, and you can constantly hear him yell at guys as our offense is there at a standstill throughout the game. He's yelling and guys aren't doing anything. Also glad to hear some lineup changes are coming. I'd be open to almost anything at this point, but I'm really hoping JT gets the start next game. He's been world's better than Hickson.

So in general, it's hard to not feel like you've got to give this guy time.

Really? Rubio looked like *** tonight.

For the most part he was ok, nothing spectacular.. But for the season the impact he gave this team along with rick was very evident... The brand if basketball they are playing are nights and day better from last years team.

And did you see how he made everyone around him look better... That team has scrubs out there except for love luke and rubio and he made it easier by involving everyone throug passing and ball movement.. His impact was like when sac had jwill and everyone began fancy passing and ball rotations... That wolves team was passing and moving the ball good which they didnt do last year.. And they almist had the same team, rubio williams and rick are the only new faces to that team....

Evans Is King wrote:Tyreke is going to be a monster defender in his prime. He is already elite when it comes to attacking the rim. IF he could just figure everything else out he would be the perfect wing player.

reality is he probably wont figure everything else out. His trade value will balance out and when it comes time to trade him the Kings wont get the value back they once could... ugggh

coming from tyreke fan? im a big fan of tyreke evans too but i accept the fact that tyreke/cousins combo wont work. i will trade tyreke and thornton for jrue and knight. i think jrue and knight are better teammates to cousins than tyreke/thornton. jrue is unselfish player, he dont need to be a 1st option to be effective. knight can shoot well in 3's (41%), kings 3's was terrible this year. cousins will like that, he definitely the team 1st option.

oh before i forget, we need to dump john salmons ASAP. i will trade him for free.

It's hard to get a defined place of where the difference was. Part of it was them having real PGs, but part of it is also them running like, actual plays.

Cousins and Evans can work, but as of yet they haven't learned to play off of eachother and truthfully speaking they may never. All I can say is if you can get Kobe and Shaq to exist on the court with eachother who never really played off of eachother at all then you can get Evans and Cousins to work since both have the makings of being better passers. Hmmmm....now what kind of SYSTEM did they run....

This is easier to learn by having a veteran to show you how its done during a game.
