It can't hurt. From what I have read lately on the deal they need the Maloofs to have the 85 mil upfront. Will find out how bad they really want to stay.

From everything I have heard (mostly via Carmichael Dave) it's a good thing. He's making it sound like they're just smoothing out some details but other than that it looks very promising (knock on wood).

Interesting to see that Stern considers the 50 Mill by AEG to be a contribution from the Maloofs...this could get ugly if that's the case.
