Downtown Sac is going to be CRACKIN' in the not-to-distant future. This is the start of a renaissance in our city. I can't freakin' wait.

Seriously. I think we can all agree with that statement.
What about that one thread we were all discussing on these forums a few months ago, the one about theoretical scenarios, if the Kings were to relocate, haha! Man, I was seriously contemplating becoming a fan of another franchise -- the Warriors -- if a deal had went through. Wow, as a loyal fan, I'm glad the Kings are staying put! It would be hard to root for another NBA franchise as passionately as I do for the Kings. TY, KJ and company! I'm happy to be apart of such an awesome fan base! Go Kings!
Now common, Maloofs! Hurry up and sell the team already, so I can really get excited!

I'm right with ya! The 2013 NBA draft got a whole lot more interesting, haha! Long live the Kings!

Yeah I don't think I could root for any other team but the Kings. Maybe if Ellison brought a team to San Jose since I hate every other CA team already.

Re: Today's the Day (NBA Vote)
I hope David Stern delays giving us the ceremonial number 1 pick for 2014 instead of 2013
Under-Over on the Maloofs selling before the draft lottery? I think we'll make it in time and send someone proper as a goodluck charm, and not Adriane Maloof with a ZING vodka bottle as the 'boys' probably planned on doing.
Who do you guys think we're gonna send if we godwilling get this done prior?
Has to be KJ, yea?

DeMarcus Cousins? Lmao.
Here's my order:
1-KJ
2-Vivek
3-Mitch Richmond

Re: Today's the Day (NBA Vote)
The Macy’s men’s and furniture store at Downtown Plaza is under contract to be purchased by JMA Ventures, KCRA 3 has learned.
...
It’s a significant development because the store was the only parcel that is not yet owned by JMA but is located where the arena would be built.

Apparently this happened very recently. It probably played a role in the vote yesterday.

Re: Today's the Day (NBA Vote)
JMA already said in a Q&A that we have all the land to build the arena, that was like a month ago orso I believe (when they said it, I guess it took place even before)
Stern mentioned us having all the land aswell in his press conference. another Seattle lie debunked.
