Our offer was the best, and he needed to mull it over? Screw that. He didn't want to be part of a rebuilding team and tried used our offer as leverage. When we figured that out, we pulled it because we ain't chumps like Chris Hansen.

You could be right but I would have let Iggy have at least one day to think things over though lol

No one would have matched the Kings offer imo

Oh well.

We have some poor contracts, multi year ones.

Instead of being patient and waiting for a good long term investment, we add more salary with Carl. Not that Carl is bad, but he adds to the multi year clutter.

Could we just be patient and let some fellas expire? Who knows what opportunities we could have lost by adding another mid level paid guy to the roster.

Still feeling this.

Not sure how trades etc will work.

Thinking of a D- atm, but going to wait till trade deadline for final grade.

Funny thing is, I think as the season wears on, Iggy might regret sticking himself in the position as "glue" guy 3rd/4th option putting up 8 ppg too. He's too young for that role and the only role for him to be in there is in Harrison Barnes' role so....

Could have been a lot more here.

Oddly enough, with the way the team has looked Carl will help with the disarray style offense. He and IT could be a great bench, problem is I don't know if they'll be a good combo, only 1 ball and neither is great without the rock. Still a lot of work to do. At least on paper if players are used right the starting unit can work with ease.

From a coaching standpoint this has been a coup!

A+ on Malone so far.

A so far on Extending DMC.

Inc on Vasquez. I feel like we are better with Thomas in the game, which again makes me ask the question why not Tyreke? If Evans doesn't show growth in NOLA then this could be an A based on not over paying him. I thought Evans was the biggest victim of the coaching regime changes.

Inc on Landry

F for not Amnestying John Salmons. He just isn't the same player he was in Milwaukee.

Overall C-

We are only two games in though

They get a F from me until they improve the SF spot. It's clearly holding us back.
