Q: He's one of those hybrid guys and opinions differ about whether he's a three (small forward) or a four (power forward). How do you guys see it?

A: "I'll have to talk to coach about that a little more, because obviously you let your coaches do their thing. I think he certainly has the skill to be a three. He has played a lot of three already. He has also played a lot of four. He has mixed it up. What I really see him as is an athlete, a guy who can run the floor with our guys, a guy who has a unique skill-set in terms of – he's just so strong, and if a four is guarding him he can really step out. Used in a certain way, I think there's an advantage in that as well."

Q: It's not a secret that you've been very active looking for deals. So should your fans expect this roster to look a whole lot different a few months from now?

"I would say this: I think we owe it to the fans of Sacramento to be aggressive in everything we do, and we've said that from the beginning. But talk is cheap, and we don't plan on just being talkers. If a deal makes sense to us, and we feel that there's an opportunity for something good to come from it, we're going to do it. We have to do it. There hasn't been that kind of energy here as a result of the recent past, and that's the energy that we bring and are going to bring."

Disappointed that no one is asking why we wanted to go defense first all offseason and then traded our best d guy..

Yeah, they should have asked him for deeper thoughts than this.

My main problem with this trade was Moute being on the cheap and still being just 27, and Williams making more money, thus possibly crippling us later even more.

Will have to wait awhile to hear more from the FO and coaching staff it looks like.

More trades are coming. Who knows who we will land soon? I love Luc but this trade has a lot of upside for us.

TBH we would need to be a medical professional and to have actually examined his knees. If his knees are healthy enough to last 5 years or so.

He was just over 4 mil for the next two years....even with a sf upgrade later, if his knees hold out he can get minutes in at multiple positions for D. An extremely easy guy to play, unselfish and cheap. The type of guy all high caliber teams have on their roster, or are trying to add.

I will say this, Luc looks a little gimpy with the knees but I haven't seen it effect his game. Tendonitis is pretty much one of the knee problems you want if you have knee problems. There really isn't a huge structural issue with most cases and it's all about pain tolerance. If he were having cartilage or ligament issues that might be another story but all I've heard is tendonitis.
