I'm actually curious on what really happened for coach malone to be fired this quickly...

Looks like it's legit. Seems like an overreaction to the team starting out strong and then collapsing without Cousins. Now Corbin's the interim coach.

Front office being ahead of themselves.

Front office thinks we should be contenders right now and are blinded that we have a bad team without Cousins, and even with him they think we should be competing for a top five spot in the west.

Pete and Malone never saw eye to eye.

thats honestly very dumb on there part... i wasn't a big fan of malone but if you expect that much from a team who is flawed and lacks the talent then they must be out of there mind... i wonder if they have a high profile coach waiting in the wing..cause corbin is just a downgrade from malone...

There's no high profile coach waiting to come to SAC.

The big issue here is Ty Corbin is in charge of our team for the time being. That's painful.

You could tell by some of Malone's post game comments and even back in the off season that he and PDA weren't on the same page. I'm not shocked he was fired but the timing has caught me off guard completely. Vivek, this is why you hire GM's first, mmmmm k.
