Came here to say I love Boogie and how he doesn't try be buddy buddy with the rest of the stars in the league. That being said, his antics are probably much more entertaining if you're not a Kings fan, haha

I think a lot of it is Cousins anger at the situation. He's a passionate player and is seeing the playoffs slip out of our hands.

No dont make excuses for him. He hasn't learned how to channel his "anger", instead he hurts his team. That's 100% on him not the teams playoff position.

Someone should go back and count how many points per game Cousins gives up when he forces his teammates to play 4 on 5.

He's a half court center playing on a "pace team"

If the team were winning and he was comfortable with his environment (coaching/caliber of teammates), would he be complaining? I don't think so. I welcome him with a staff that utilizes the teams strengths and when IMO we'll be a more competitive team.

He is a hothead who wants to win, and I think it's being channeled inappropriately now given the subpar environment. He wanted the playoffs this year

Id agree with your argument if this trait originated with Karl's fast pace, but it didn't. Cousins has done this for yearsssssss.

Cousins has been doing this since he came into the league. It is a detriment to the team. I for one am tired of seeing the same antics every game.

Clippers fan here, I was actually curious what you guys thought about Cousins and the way he killed your team with his pouting. I really don't think the game was over because of the 20 - 0 run, I think it was Cousins smacking CP3 in the eye right before half time. It seemed like that really pissed him off and we took it to another level. I haven't seen that in a while, but I think it was the turning point. CP3 runs our team and I think he made every player work that much harder. Throw in Cousins spending more time complaining to the refs and it was over. At one point i wondered if he was hurt because it took so long for him to get back into the picture.

Basically I think it's awesome you guys are killing him. I used to do the same with Blake, he would cry about not getting a foul call and force us to play short handed. Or after every dunk he would spit his mouth piece half way out of his mouth and chomp on it instead of getting back on D. I would criticize him for it but the rest of the Clippers fans were so excited to finally have a player to cheer for they looked the other way on anything bad he did. (Other forum, one reason I moved to this one)

Good luck making the playoffs this year. I have some good memories of Arco Arena but I'm glad you guys are getting a new arena next year.
